My sculptural contribution to Linda White's participatory/advocacy exhibition 'Slow Repair' is called 'Wired Differently'. I was thinking about children and young people in custody - the focus of the fundraising element of this show - and how their vulnerability is ignored while their defensive actions are perceived as aggression - hence the echidna form evolved.
