Conversing in Colour brought together three artists using three different mediums in a ‘call and response’ process. Margaret Landvogt’s glowing desert landscapes inspired her daughter Kathy to echo the colours and forms in wire weavings, and Lorena Carrington created new visions in close-up images of the fine wire details. The conversation created counterpoints that highlighted the qualities of each medium and the uniqueness of each artist’s eye.
